Did you recognize them? They are the Kamo lamps by Purquapà’s Simone Bruzzi and Federico Piras, who participated in Open Design Design Italia 2012, made in Bologna with second-hand moka coffe makers. They are are on sale at the Guggenheim museum shop in Venice. They were chosen because of their irony and originality and because they represent a typical Italian object. These are all ingredients that Roque Luna, retail manager for the Guggenheim shop, looks for. He will be one of the experts taking part in the b2b meetings, reserved to maximum 15 of the selected designers.
