Born in Sebenico (Croatia), Desanka Ilic has lived in Rimini since 1995. She worked as a designer for the fashion industry, among others for Stone Island and Paul Smith. In 2007 she started working as a painter and an illustrator. In 2013 she founded The Good Machinery, a brand that designs and produces two collections of resin jewels: Asphalt and Lithium1.
