Cases of Life is the pilot project of Open Design
Italia Factory, the new service platform dedicated to self-producing designers, craftsmen and small enterprises. It is the fi rst collection carrying the Open Design Italia Factory brand, and it has been realized by some of the winners of the event’s previous editions and by craftsmen selected by CNA Vicenza.
The goldfish uses only high-quality materials with traceable origin, dries the artifacts in the sun, recycles the scraps and renews its offer following the rhythms of the seasons.

Cases of Life is a series of modular and interchangeable containers for the kitchen, the bathroom and the offi ce. They are designed for a nomadic life: between changing apartments and cities, between workplaces that are shared and getting ever more fl exible. Cases of Life are composed by a larger case common to all three contexts, which contains smaller cases made of ceramic, wood, glass and metal, each provided with a lid which can be used for specific functions after it has been removed.
